摘要
目的关注老龄化人群用户,重视老年人这一特定人群在特殊的身体机能下的需求,为老年人设计出使用体验更好的智能药盒产品。方法通过对现有智能药盒用户的调查研究,分析总结了其问题及缺点,以满足老年用户本能层、行为层、反思层3个层次需求为用户体验设计原则,对现有智能药盒进行外观造型、功能、结构及界面等方面的优化设计。结论以案例实证分析方式,验证设计方法的可行性和合理性,为我国老年人智能医疗辅具设计提供新思路。
It aims to pay attention to the users of aging population, considering their special needs based on their body functions, so we can design a smart pill cases which would provide a much better user experience for them. With user surveys of existing smart pill cases and analysis and summary of their problems and drawbacks, it is based on the user performance principle that satisfies the aged on visceral, behavior and reflective levels by optimizing the existing smart pill cases in their appearances, functions, structures, function interfaces and etc. By empirical study, it has verified the feasibility and the reasonableness of this optimized design which would provide some novel ideas for the future design of intelligent medical auxiliary tools for elderly people in China.
