摘要
采用盆栽实验,研究可生物降解螯合剂GLDA和植物激素IAA单施和复合施加对龙葵修复重金属污染土壤的影响。结果表明,施加GLDA能够提高龙葵对重金属Cu、Cd、Zn的提取,GLDA用量为3mmol/kg时提取量最大,分别为空白组的1.80倍、1.82倍、1.79倍;施加IAA提取量最大的为10μmol/kg处理组,重金属Cu、Cd、Zn的提取量分别为空白组的1.53倍、1.56倍、1.58倍;混合施加GLDA和IAA时,植物激素IAA表现出具有缓解螯合剂对植物的胁迫作用,其中提取量最大的为3mmol/kg GLDA+10μmol/kg IAA处理组,重金属Cu、Cd、Zn的提取量分别为空白组的2.70倍、2.67倍、2.50倍。可生物降解螯合剂GLDA和植物激素IAA能够提高植物修复重金属污染土壤的效果。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the biodegradable chelate GLDA and plant hormone IAA used separately and mixedly on Solanum nigrum L for remediation of heavy metal polluted soils. The experimental results showed that GLDA adding to soil significantly enhancing the absorption of Cu, Cd and Zn by Solanum nigrum L. Additionally,the experimental group with GLDA at 3 mmol/kg resulted in the highest phytoextraction of Cu, Cd and Zn being 1. 80, 1. 82 and 1. 79 fold increase of the blank control group, respectively. The experimental group with IAA at 10 μmol/kg resulted in the highest phytoextraction of Cu, Cd and Zn being 1.53, 1.56 and 1. 58 fold increase of the blank control group, respectively. When the group with mixed GLDA and IAA, IAA showed the alleviation of the stress effect of chela- ting agents on the plant. The highest phytoextraction of Cu,Cd and Zn appeared on the group with 3 mmol/kg GLDA+ 10 μmol/kg IAA, being 2. 70,2. 67 and 2.50 fold increase of the blank control group. Therefore, the study indicated that the biodegradable chelate GLDA and plant hormone IAA could enhance the phytoextraction of heavy metal polluted soils.
