用于陶瓷喷墨打印墨水的纳米Mg-ZrO_2白色料的研究

Preparation of White Pigment Mg-ZrO_2 Nanoparticles Used as Ceramic Ink-jet Printing

摘要 喷墨打印装饰陶瓷技术因其配色智能化、图案层次分明等优点,已成各国研究和应用的热点。研究以ZrOCl_2·8H_2O,MgCl_2为原料,添加PEG2000为分散剂,采用sol-gel方法制备了纳米Mg-ZrO_2白色陶瓷色料。以正交实验探索制备条件中溶液pH值、水浴温度及PEG2000添加量对色料粒径的影响规律,并采用XRD和TEM等测试技术对样品结构与性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:影响ZrO_2粒径的因素按强度依次为溶液pH值>PEG2000添加量>水浴温度。当溶液pH值为9,水浴温度为60℃,PEG2000添加量为质量分数5%时所得样品最优。TEM测试结果表明,其平均粒径为10nm;色度学测试表明,其Hunter白度为96.6。随着热处理温度的升高,ZrO_2晶体会产生立方相向单斜相的转变。研究制备所得ZrO_2具有粒径小,均一性佳,白度高的特点,适合用作喷墨打印用白色陶瓷墨水的发色剂。 Ink-jet printing technology has become a hot spot in ceramic decoration for its intelligent color matching, structured patterns, etc. Research on nano-sized ZrO2 used for ink-jet printing white ceramic pigment was prepared via sol-gel method using ZrOCl2 · 8H2O, MgCl2 as strating materials with PEG 2000 as disperant. Relationship between ZrO2 particle size and the pH value, the amount of PEG 2000 added arid bath temperatUre, Were studied via designed orthogonal experiments. The experimental results indicated that the order of the effect on ZrO2 particle size was as follows.. pH value〉amount of PEG 2000〉bath temperature. The optimal sample was obtained while the pH value was 9, the amount of PEG 2000 was 5% and the bath temperature was 60 ℃. Average size of 10 nm was detected via TEM and Hunter whiteness of 96.6 was measured via colorimetric test with the optimal ZrO2 sample. With the increasing of treatment temperature, ZrO2 showed a crystal trasistion from cubic type to monoclinic type. Small particle size, good uniformity with high whiteness indicated that it is very suitable as colorant for use of wihte ceramic ink used for ink-jet printing.
