摘要
以新疆库尔勒红柱石为主要原料,添加桂广滑石、星子高岭土等添加剂,并以煤粉为造孔剂,采用造孔剂法制备了用于液体吸附的红柱石基多孔陶瓷。测试了样品的气孔率、吸水率、体积密度及抗折强度,并使用XRD、SEM等测试技术研究了样品的物相组成、显微结构以及孔径分布。探讨了不同烧成温度以及不同造孔剂添加量对样品气孔率、孔径分布和吸附效率的影响。结果表明,1 280℃下烧成的B3样品的综合性能最佳,气孔率为54.28%,抗折强度达到24.47 MPa,体积密度为1.30g/cm3。SEM和XRD分析表明,样品气孔孔径为13.92μm,样品晶相组成为莫来石、堇青石、红柱石,其气孔分布较为均匀。另外,液体粘度越低,多孔陶瓷的吸附速率越快,且吸附量越大。
Using Xinjiang Korla andalusite as main material, Pulverized coal as pore-forming agent, adding Guiguang tale and Xingzi kaoline as additives, a kind of liquid adsorption porous ceramics was prepared by pore-forming agent method. The water absorption, porosity, bulk density and bending strength of samples were measured. The phase composition , micro-structure and pore size distribution of samples were studied by different test methods. The effects of different sintering temperatures and different pore-forming agent contents on the porosity, pore size distribution and efficiency of samples absorption were discussed. The experimental results showed that formula B3 fired at 1 280 ℃ had the best performance. The properties were as follows, apparent porosity is 54. 28%, bending strength is 24. 47 MPa, and the bulk density is 1.30 g/cm^3. The average diameter of pore in the sample was 13. 92 μm. The phase compositions were cordierite, mullite and andalusite. At the same time, the distribution were uniform. In addition, the lower viscosity of liquid would make it easier to be observed, and greater adsorption amount would be obtained.
