摘要 HL-2M真空室的主体材料被选为Inconel 625。通过研究3个产地的Inconel 625母材和焊缝的性能,对比分析了该种材料的各项性能参数。通过比较得到进口Inconel 625母材和焊接接头综合性能均最优。各项试验结果及分析对真空室部件的制造有重要的指导意义。 The main material of HL-2M vacuum vessel is determined as Inconel 625. Through the comparative study of three original base metal and welded joints, it is obtained that the comprehensive performance of the imported material has more advantage than others. And these different material property data is crucial to the manufacture process of HL-2M vacuum vessel.
