摘要
为解决产品研发过程中12 kV可移开式手车断路器插入式梅花触头的烧损问题,文中通过对手车断路器短路电流下的电动力受力分析,及利用有限元分析软件对在该电动力作用下的结构力学分析,完成了触头烧损原因分析并进行了设计优化改进,最终还通过产品型式试验和试验时实际电动力作用下变形位移的测量,验证了原因分析及设计改进的有效性,同时获得不同试验工况下,电动力对可移开式手车断路器影响的差异性对比数据。
To solve the tulip contact erosion problem of a 12 kV withdrawable circuit breaker, the electrodynamic force on the circuit breaker with short circuit current was analyzed, a structural mechanics analysis of the circuit breaker under the electrodynamic force was conducted by means of using finite element analysis software, and the causes of the erosion were obtained. Subsequently, the design was improved. Type test of the circuit breaker and the measured deformation of the contact under real electrodynamic force verify the correctness of the above analysis and design optimization. In addition, the effects of electrodynamic force on the 12 kV withdrawable circuit breaker in different test conditions were achieved.
