摘要
文中提出一种基于断路器线圈电流波形的分合闸时间估算方法,先通过设备交接试验或首次例试时测取分合闸时间及线圈电流波形的时间特征参数,然后在运行操作时带电检测分合闸线圈电流波形,再提取线圈电流波形的时间特征参数,最后利用断路器主触头动作时间与辅助开关转换时间的配合关系估算分合闸时间,其计算精度满足工程应用要求,可以在一定程度上代替停电例行试验。
In this paper, a method is proposed to estimate the opening time and closing time of circuit breaker based on coil current waveform. Firstly, the opening time and closing time of circuit breaker, also the time characteristic parameters of coil current waveform are measured in the hand-over test or the first routine test. Secondly, the coil current waveform is detected through the breaker operation. Thirdly the time characteristic parameters are extracted from the coil current waveform. Finally, the opening time and closing time are estimated by using the relationship between the main contact operating time and the auxiliary contact operating time. The calculation accuracy can meet the engineering requirements. It can replace the routine test of circuit breaker to some extent.
