摘要
随着艾滋病(AIDS)在全球的流行和蔓延,艾滋病已由高危人群向一般人群扩散。艾滋病严重威胁儿童的生存和发展,并对家庭、社会产生不同程度的影响。艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染儿童成长过程中面临家庭困难、教育、营养、医疗、歧视和社会化、心理等诸多方面的问题。尤其处于青春期或青春前期的儿童心理问题日益突出,单纯经济援助和医疗救助已远远不能满足艾滋病儿童健康成长的需求,因此关注艾滋病儿童的心理健康是儿童成长和发展不可忽视的重要内容。本文就艾滋病儿童心理问题及心理干预做一综述,为今后进一步研究提供参考依据。
With the global epidemic and spread of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （ AIDS ）, AIDS has been spreading from high-risk groups to general population. AIDS has threatened the survival and development of children heavily, also influenced the family and community. The human immunodeficiency virus（ HIV ） infected children are facing many problems, such as family difficulties, education, nutrition, health care, discrimination and socialization, psychological problems and so on. The psychological problems of children in adolescence or pre-adolescence are particularly getting more prominent. Pure economic aid and medical assistance has been far from enough to meet the needs of HIV infected children＇ s healthy growth. So concern on HIV infected children＇s mental health is an ignorable issure in children＇s growth and development. This article makes a summary on the psychological problems and psychological intervention of HIV infected children , which will be expected to provide reference for further study in the future.
