摘要
目的探讨术前造口定位对于提高造口人术后生活质量的效果;方法选取 2015 年 1 月-2015 年 12 月我院收治的肠造口患者 90 例,随机分为对照组同研究组各 45例,对照组患者使用术中造口定位,研究组患者使用术前造口定位,对比两组患者的生活质量;结果在两组患者的生活质量方面,研究组患者显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;结论术前造口定位能提高造口人术后的生活质量,临床上应当推广应用.
ObjectiveTo investigate the preoperative localization stoma Stoma for improving the quality of life after the effect; MethodsJanuary 2015 - stoma patients in December 2015 in our hospital 90 patients were randomly divided into control group with the study group of 45 patients in the control group to use for patients receiving stoma positioning, positioning stoma patients undergoing pre-study group use, quality of life, compared two groups of patients; Resultthe quality of life in both groups of patients, the study group patients significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Conclusionpreoperative stoma positioned for improving the quality of life for people stoma surgery, the clinical application should be promoted.
