摘要
目的研究尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术在小儿尿道下裂的临床疗效作用. 方法选取我院自 2010 年 6 月至 2015 年 6 月中所收治的 70 例小儿尿道下裂患者作为本文研究对象（阴茎体型有40例,冠状沟型21例,阴茎阴囊型9例）.并将这70例患者分为实验组与对照组,两组各35例,对照组仅采纳 “TIP 术”,而实验组则在采纳TIP 的基础上外加盖阴茎背侧筋膜瓣.然后在术后观察两组的“尿瘘、尿道狭窄”等相关情况及并发症的可能性.结果在患者手术之后的2-12 月期间,患者阴茎形状正常,且尿道开口正位,排尿也通畅.实验组与对照组患者尿瘘、术后感染及尿道狭窄发生率分别为为11.3%和34.19,根据数据显示很明显可以看出,实验组的发生率要比对照组低,而冠状沟型、阴茎体型和阴茎阴囊型术后尿瘘发生率依次加剧,分别为（5%）、（4.7%）、（11.1%）.两组患者组间差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 TIP 手术其操作简单、并发症少,可以有效提升小儿尿道下裂患者的治疗疗效,因此值得在医学临床上推广和应用.
ObjectiveTo study the clinical curative effect of tubularized incised plate urethroplasty in hypospadias in children. Methodsin our hospital from June 2010 to 2015 years 6 months were treated 70 cases of children with hypospadias patients as the research object of this （the body of the penis in 40 cases, 21 cases of coronal shape channel, penoscrotal type 9 cases）. And the 70 cases were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the two groups, each group has 35 cases, the control group only accepted the tip, and the experimental group is in the adoption of a tip based on stamped the fascial flap of the dorsal penile. Then in the postoperative observation of the two groups’ urinary fistula, urethral stricture and other related situation and the possibility of complications.Resultsin the patients after the operation of 2 - December period, patients with normal shape of the penis, and the opening of the urethra is positive, urination is also clear. The experimental group and the control group with urinary fistula, postoperative infection and urethral stenosis rate respectively were 11.3%, 34.19. According to the data show clearly can be seen in the experimental group, the incidence is lower than that of control group, and coronal shape channel, phallic bodily form and penoscrotal type postoperative fistula rate in turn intensifies, respectively （5%） and （4.7%）, （11.1%）. The difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusiontip surgery has the advantages of simple operation, less complications and can effectively enhance the efficacy in the treatment of children hypospadias patients. Therefore, it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical medicine.
