摘要
目的分析重症监护病房院内感染控制的护理管理措施及应用效果.方法以我院重症监护病房2012年1月～2014年10月期间收治的1826例患者为研究对象,通过对我院以往重症监护病房院内感染情况的回顾性分析,确定我院ICU病房院内感染控制护理管理重点,并在此基础上制定护理管理措施,包括成立医院感染护理管理小组,加强医院感控领导;重视护理管理在院内感染控制中的作用,完善护理管理制度;重视患者基础护理管理,务实医院感染控制基本措施;加强重点护理环节监控,降低医院感染风险;加强护理人员专业技能培训,提高无菌护理操作水平;加强对患者的健康教育管理,提高医院感染控制力度.统计护理管理措施实施前后我院重症监护病房院内感染的发生率.结果2012年、2013年我院ICU病房医院感染的发生率依次为5.87%、6.21%,2010年、2011年依次为10.19%、8.01%.2组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论重视护理管理在院内感控中的重要作用,实施有效的护理管理措施对降低重症监护病房院内感染的发生率具有重要的意义.
ObjectiveTo analyze the nursing management measures and application effect of nosocomial infection control in intensive care unit. Methods1826 patients in ICU of our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected from the patients as the research object, through the retrospective analysis of the infection in our hospital before ICU hospital nursing management, determine the control focus of infection in ICU of our hospital, and on the basis of nursing management measures, including the establishment of nursing management group of hospital infection, hospital infection control nursing leadership; management of infection control in hospital, improve the nursing management system; pay attention to the basic nursing management of patients, hospital infection control measures to strengthen pragmatic; monitoring and control of key link of nursing, reduce the risk of nosocomial infection; strengthen the professional skills training of nursing staff, improve nursing level of aseptic operation; to strengthen health education for patient management, improve hospital infection control efforts. The incidence of nosocomial infection in intensive care unit of our hospital before and after the implementation of statistical nursing management measures. Resultsin 2012 and 2013, the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU ward in our hospital was 5.87%, 6.21%, 2010 and 2011, which were 10.19% and 8.01%, respectively. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusionthe important role of nursing management in the hospital, the implementation of effective nursing management measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in intensive care unit is of great significance.
