摘要
目的评价椎弓根螺钉后路复位固定及椎间隙植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱的临床效果分析.方法对我院收治的268例腰椎滑脱症患者采用后路椎弓根螺钉内固定,椎板减压,侧隐窝扩大,在滑脱椎体植入“U”型椎弓根螺钉,根据椎体移位的多少,预弯两连撑的弯度,通过两钉间隙撑开,提拉复位固定,椎间隙清理,切除椎间盘及终板软骨组织,测量椎间隙的高度,植入椎间融合及部分椎板碎骨植入椎间隙内.结果随访 12-24个月,临床效果满意.结论椎弓根螺钉复位及椎间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床效果满意,值得临床推广使用.
ObjectiveTo evaluate the pedicle screw reduction and fixation of the posterior intervertebral implant and analysis of the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar with bone fusion.MethodsTo our hospital 268 cases of lumbar spine were treated by posterior pedicle screw internal fixation,slippage vertebral bodies into“U”type of pedicle screws,tyra reduction and fixation and intervertebral disc cleaning,removal of intervertebral disc and endplate cartilage,Implanted intervertebral fusion and part of the vertebral plate broken bone implant within the intervertebral disc.ResultsFollow-up of 12 to 24 months,clinical effect is satisfactory.ConclusionPedicle screws reset clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar olisthe disease,worth clinical promotion use.
