摘要
目的观察个案管理对2型糖尿病患者疾病控制的的效果.方法选择符合纳入标准的2 型糖尿病患者100 例,随机分为对照组和观察组各 50例.对照组给予糖尿病专科治疗和护理,观察组在专科治疗和护理的基础上实施个案管理.观察治疗前后两组体重指数、腰/臀比、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等糖尿病患者常用代谢性指标结果干预后两组患者 WHR、FBG、2PBG等疾病指标比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有显著意义（P〈O.05）结论通过个案管理能够明显改善 2型糖尿病患者疾病控制指标.
