摘要
文章分析了高校学报出版存在的问题,提出了学报数字化发展对策,指出开发适合本部门的采编一体化系统软件,能够提高资源利用率,加快学术传播时速.
With the rapid development of network technology, problems of university journal publishing are proposed. Management information editing software that suitable for the department are developed to improve the utilization rate of resources and accelerate the speed of academic communication.
