摘要
高校二级学院教务管理在高校教学管理部门和基层教学单位之间起桥梁作用,协调、处理教务处、教研室、教师、学生、督导等教学组成部分的各种关系,是高校教务部门的基层实施者和贯彻者.作者结合所在的应用型本科高校二级学院教务管理实际现状,阐述了二级学院教务管理的工作范畴,提出了二级学院教学管理的优化办法,探索了教务高效管理的优化对策.
Educational administrative management of secondary college played a bridge role, which coordinated and dealed with educational administration department, staff room, teachers, students and supervision group. Combining with educational administrative management status, this paper describes the working scope, puts forward the Optimal method of educational administrative management efficiency in Secondary College. Finally, based on actual conditions, optimizing countermeasures is explored.
