摘要
对新疆巴仑台草原的7种大型真菌进行了形态观察和分子鉴定,序列分析的结果和形态鉴定结果相互佐证。结果显示:它们都归属于担子菌门,6份属于伞菌目下丝膜菌科、绣伞科、鬼伞科和白蘑科,1份属于马勃目下马勃科。
Seven kinds of macrofungi of Baluntai grassland in Xinjiang were identified by morphological and molecular techniques. They are support each other by sequence analysis and morphological identification. The results showed ： They are all in Basidiomycota, six of them belong to Cortinariaceae, Bolbitiaceae, Psathyrellacea and Tricholomataceae of Agaricales, one of them is Lycoperdaceae of Lycoperdales.
