摘要
目的：了解综合医院中医科失眠症状患者的临床分布特征及心理健康情况。方法：采用横断面研究的方法,对2012年12月至2013年11月我科门诊首诊患者遵循自愿原则进行问卷调查及SCL-90量表填写。选择具有失眠症状的1 485名患者进行统计分析。结果：综合医院中医科具有失眠症状的患者占总调查人数的26.90%;其中男性40-49岁之间,女性50-59岁之间患病率较高;症状分布以睡得不稳不沉最高,其次为入睡困难和早醒;并且具备春季就诊率高的特点;具有任一失眠症状患者的心理健康状况与全国常模比较躯体化因子分具有统计学意义,而同时具有3种失眠症状患者的心理健康状况则除偏执因子外均具有统计学意义。结论：综合医院中医科失眠症状就诊率较高,主要集中于50-59岁女性和40-49岁男性人群,并且同时具有3种失眠症状的患者比具有任一失眠症状患者更多的存在心理健康问题。
Objective ： Investigate characteristics of Clinical distribution and mental health of the insomnia clinical symptoms in TCM outpatient of General Hospital. Methods： Cross-section study method, questionnaires survey and SCL- 90 chart of our clinic initial diagnosis patients from December 2012 to November 2013. 1485 patients with insomnia was selected for analyzed. Results： Insomnia patients account for 26.9% of all TCM outpatient; higher prevalence age range wherein between 49 - 49 years old of male, 50 - 59 years old of female; the highest symptom is unstable or no deep sleeping, the second was trouble falling asleep and early awakening; high outpatient rate in Spring season; the patients has one of insomnia symptoms, the somatization factor scores have a significant statistically difference. When the patients has three kinds of the insomnia besides paranoid factor scores have a significant statistically difference. Conclusion ： Higher insomnia outpatient rate in TCM department regions mainly focused on female aged 50 -59 and 40 -49 years old male, compare three type insomnia symptoms has more mental health problems compare to single insomnia symptoms patients.
