摘要
农民合作社、家庭农场等新型农业经营主体有力地促进了农业农村经济发展。亳州市充分利用环境优化、政策倾斜、提升质量、机制创新等手段大力发展农民合作社,形成了数量增长加快、带动能力增强、品牌效应扩大的良好发展态势。同时,农民合作社在政策、环境及发展后劲等方面也存在一些问题,建议从加大培育力度、健全服务体系、加强财政金融扶持等方面促进合作社规范发展。
The new-type agricultural management subjects such as farmers,cooperatives and family farm has greatly promoted rural economic development. Bozhou has fully utilized some methods to promote the development of farmers＊ cooperatives, which include environment optimization, policy support, quality enhancement and mechanism innovation, leading to a sound development status,thus the number of farmers,cooperatives are increasing,their leading role has been strengthened and the brand-name awareness has been expanded. At the same time, there also exist some problems in terms of policy, environment and growth potential, for which tbe author suggests that the government should devote more efforts, optimize the service system and give more financial support so as to promote the standardized development of farmers5 cooperatives.
