Review and Prospect of Study on Energy Metabolism in Manned Space Flight

摘要 概述了直接测热法、间接测热法和心率法等目前主要的航天能量代谢测量方法,分析了航天环境对能量摄入、能量消耗和日代谢总量的影响,介绍了美国、俄罗斯和我国载人航天能量代谢设计参数的标准及相关内容。在这些基础上根据中国长期载人航天任务的需求,提出了今后能量代谢研究的展望。 Energy metabolism,one of the basic characteristics of life activity,is an important rating index for astronaut's physical functions. Importantly,the energy metabolism parameter designed scientifically and reasonably is the basic input and key element in engineering design of environmental control and life support system and food supply for manned spacecraft. Main energy metabolism measurements in spaceflight including direct / indirect calorimetry and the heart rate method were summarized. The effects of spaceflight environment on intake,energy expenditure and total energy expenditure were analyzed in detail. The standard of energy metabolism design parameter for manned spaceflight in the US,Russia and China were mainly discussed. The directions of energy metabolism research were also proposed according to the requirements of long-term manned space missions in China.
