摘要
目前,我国的网络安全法正式进入立法程序,草案也已经接受了人大常委会的2次审议,引发社会各界广泛关注.首先通过回溯我国网络安全法制的演进,分析了不同历史阶段相关立法出台的背景和影响;其次,透过对我国网络安全立法研究的梳理,展现我国网络安全立法的研究状况;并在此基础上,探析了未来网络安全立法的发展趋势.
Nowadays,The China＇s Cybersecurity law has officially entered the legislative procedure.The draft has been deliberated twice by the Standing Committee of NPC,which caused wide attention.Firstly,this paper traces back the legal system evolution of cyber security in China,analyzes the background and influence of relevant legislation in the different historical stages.Secondly,it combs the research on the legislation of cyber security in China to present current state of research on the legislation of cyber security in China.And based on this,the paper analyzes the trend of the cyber security legislation in the future.
