摘要
目的探讨采用九尔口爽含漱联合泻脾散治疗口疮的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月~2016年3月我院口腔科收治的口疮患者80例,采用随机数字表抽取法分组,单纯口服中药泻脾散治疗（对照组,n=40）与九尔口爽含漱联合泻脾散治疗（观察组,n=40）效果展开对比。结果观察组选取的口疮患者经治疗后,总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为70%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组治疗前口疮疼痛评分、口疮数目、口疮直径比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后均有减少,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但观察组减少幅度更为显著,与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组仅口干1例,不良反应率为2.5%;对照组轻度黏膜刺痛2例,局部红肿1例,口干4例,不良反应率为17.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对临床收治的口疮患者,采用九尔口爽含漱联合泻脾散方案治疗,临床效果显著,可明显减轻患者疼痛,促症状消除,且不良反应率较低,对保障患者生存质量意义显著,有较高推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of application of Jiuer Gingivitis Flusher and diarrhea spleen powder in the treatment of patients with aphthous ulceration.Methods A total of 80 patients with aphthous ulceration who were treated in department of stomatology in the hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups（control group and observation group） according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chinese medicine Diarrhea spleen powder;while,the observation group was administered with Jiuer gingivitis flusher on the basis of Diarrhea spleen powder.The results of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of aphthous ulceration patients in observation group and control group was 97.5% and 70% respectively,with statisticant difference（P〈0.01）.The pre-treatment aphthous ulceration pain score,the number and diameter of aphthous ulceration of two groups showed no obvious significant difference（P〈0.05） and were decreased in comparison with post-treatment ones,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.But a more obvious decrease was seen in observation group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Only 1 case of xerostomia occurred in observation group with adverse reaction rate accounting for 2.5% versus control group′s 17.5%（mild mucosal irritation in 2 cases,1 case of local swelling and 4 cases of xerostomia）,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of application of Jiuer gingivitis flusher and Diarrhea spleen powder demonstrates more remarkable clinical effects in the treatment of patients with aphthous ulceration,obvious alleviation of patients′headache,elimination of related symptoms and reduction of adverse reaction rates, which is of remarkable significance to guarantee the quality of life for patients and deserves wider population.
