摘要
目的对比更年期妇女保健采用性激素替代疗法（HRT）和常规保健的疗效。方法选择2014年5月~2016年5月在我院进行治疗的更年期妇女106例,采用随机数字表平均分成观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组采用常规保健治疗,观察组患者加用HRT治疗,观察比较两组患者的雌激素改变情况及更年期状况改变情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的雌二醇水平为（9.92±1.48）pg/L显著高于对照组的（8.19±1.37）pg/L,黄体生成素为（28.79±14.91）m IU/ml、促卵泡刺激素为（39.97±10.15）m IU/ml显著低于对照组的（46.62±11.96）、（54.31±11.08）m IU/ml,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,观察组患者的更年期症状评分量表（Kupperman）评分改善效果明显优于对照组,观察组患者的更年期生存质量量表（MENQOL）评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对更年期妇女采用HRT治疗,能够提高患者的激素水平,使其平衡,有效缓解其更年期症状,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the effects of using sex hormone replacement therapy（HRT） and routine healthcare in menopausal women health care.Methods 106 menopausal women treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and averagely divided into observation group and control group by using random number table,with 53 cases in each group.Patients in control group were used routine healthcare,and patients in observation group were added sex HRT.Estrogen changes and menopausal status changes in two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the level of estradiol in observation group was（9.92±1.48） pg/L,which was obvious higher than（8.19±1.37） pg/L in control group; luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone was respectively（ 28. 79 ± 14. 91） m IU / m and（39.97±10.15） m IU/m,which were obvious lower than（46.62±11.96）,（54.31±11.08） m IU/ml in control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;After treatment,improving result of Kupperman score in observation group was obviously better than that in control group,MENQOL score and SAS score in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group respectively,and the differences between two groups were statistical significance（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using HRT for menopausal women can enhance the hormone levels of patients and make them balance,effectively relieves the symptoms of menopause and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
