摘要
目的分析200例甲状腺包块手术的治疗效果。方法选择2013年2月~2014年12月医院收治的200例甲状腺包块患者,采用随机分组法将其分为两组,对照组100例患者采用甲状腺包块切除术治疗,观察组100例患者选择改良甲状腺包块切除术治疗,评价不同手术方法的疗效。结果观察组治疗后有效率、手术指标（手术时间、术中出血量、引流量）、术后并发症复发率、满意度评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论甲状腺包块患者采用改良甲状腺包块切除术治疗,近期治疗效果显著,可减少术中出血量,疗效安全可靠。
Objective to analyze the operation of 200 cases of thyroid mass.Methods 200 cases of patients with thyroid mass in the hospital from February 2013 to December 2014 were studied.The random grouping method was used to divided them into two groups.In the control group,100 patients were treated with thyroid mass.In the observation group,100 cases were treated with modified thyroidectomy.The effect of different surgical methods was evaluated and analyzed.Results After treatment,the efficiency of the observation group,the operation time,bleeding volume,bleeding volume,the rate of re currence of postoperative complications,satisfaction scores compared with the control group had significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance in the length of stay（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with thyroid mass treated by modified thyroidectomy,have remarkable treatment effect and can reduce the amount of bleeding during surgery,with safe and reliable curative effect.
