摘要
版权授权机制是以版权授权的主体和客体存在为前提,通过一定的授权模式,将版权授权的客体从版权授权的主体过渡给使用人的一系列制度。媒介融合背景下版权授权主体的增多、授权客体的扩张以及授权模式的局限性给传统环境下形成的版权授权机制带来诸多挑战,本文在分析挑战的同时提出完善版权授权机制的策略。
Copyright authorization mechanism is a series of system, which bases on the subject and object of copyright authorization, connects the owner and user of copyright through a certain pat ern of authorization.On a background of media convergence, the increasing of copyright authorization subject, the expansion of copyright authorization object and limitations of the authorization pat ern bring many chal enges to the copyright authorization mechanism, which formed in the traditional environment. Based on the analysis of the chal enges, the paper gives the strategies to improve the copyright authorization mechanism.
