摘要
目的:优选复方制剂活血散瘀膏的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以高效液相法测定提取液中芍药苷含量,结合浸膏率,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:体积分数80%乙醇10倍量回流提取3次,每次1 h为最佳提取工艺。结论:优化后的工艺合理、稳定、可行,适于活血散瘀膏中药物的提取。
Objective ：To optimize the extraction process of compound preparation of Huoxuesanyu Gao. Methods：With the orthogohal test, concrete rate combined with paeoniflofin content in the extract that was determined by HPLC, in order to select the best extraction process. Results：The optimum condition for the extraction of paeoniflorin was decocted with 10 times amount of 80% Ethanol for 3 times and each time for one hour. Conclusion：The optimized process is reasonable, stable, feasible and suitable that suits the extraction of drugs in Huoxuesanyu Gao.
