摘要
针对主变在进行定期试验和检测中出现总烃含量超标和绕组损耗偏差大的问题,分析了出现总烃含量超标和出现乙炔的主要原因,指明了是由于油道放电、低压侧线圈下承压木高温变质和顶部横梁下绝缘件高温变质等原因造成,并提出了相应的解决处理问题的技术措施。修后对其进行了相关的电气试验,投入运行后,对主变变压器油的色谱进行化学定性分析后,油质等指标均达到正常的技术标准要求。
For the total hydrocarbon content excessive and large deviation of winding losses during the periodic testing and inspection of main transformer, tl,e main reasons was pointed out about the total hydrocarbon content excessive and the appearance of acetylene appears, which are discharge of oil passage, high- temperature metamorphism of pressure wood at the low -voltage side of the coil and high temperature metamorphism insulating member under top beam. Technical measures about solving the problem were proposed. After the repair, the main transformer oil chromatography qualitative chemical analysis and related electrical test were carried out, oil quality and other technical indicators have reached the normal standards.
