贝莉婴幼儿发育量表Ⅲ的应用进展 被引量：2

摘要 贝莉婴幼儿发育量表-第3版（Bayley scales of infant and toddler development-third edition,Bayley-Ⅲ）是一种婴幼儿诊断性发育量表,适用于1～ 42个月的婴幼儿,耗时50～90 min.具体内容包括认知量表、语言量表、动作量表和照看人问卷,其中照看人问卷用于评价婴幼儿社会-情感和适应性行为.目前Bayley-Ⅲ在国际已经被广泛应用于临床评估和研究,现就其演变进程以及近年来临床和科研中Bayley-Ⅲ在婴幼儿发育评估中的应用情况综述如下.
