摘要
目的观察金属植入物内固定治疗四肢骨折后骨不连的效果。方法选择50例四肢骨折后骨不连患者纳入研究,入院时间2012年4月至2014年6月,根据随机均分原则分为两组,即观察组25例和对照组25例,对照组患者采取外固定加压治疗,观察组应用带锁髓内钉固定治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组复发率和感染率均低于对照组,愈合率高于对照组,同时骨折愈合时间也明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用金属植入物内固定治疗四肢骨折后骨不连,优势明显,推荐在临床中应用。
Objective To observe the effect of metal implants internal fixation in the treatment of nonunion after fracture of extremities.Methods Extraction of 50 patients with limbs fracture after bone nonunion were included in the study,admission time in April 2012 and 2014,June,according to the principle of randomized divided into two groups,the observation group（25 cases）and control group（25 cases）and control group patients were treated with fixed pressure therapy,the observed group treated with interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups of comparative analysis.Results The recurrence rate and infection rate of observation group were lower than the control group,the healing rate was significantly higher than the control group,and the healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the data of the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The use of metal implants in the treatment of bone nonunion after fracture of limbs,obvious advantages,recommended in clinical application.
