摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预对颈椎病的临床护理效果。方法选择2014年5月~2016年2月收治的颈椎病患者112例作为研究对象,把全部患者随机分成对照组与观察组两组,每组56例。对照组实施常规性专科护理,观察组在此基础上实施中医护理干预,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组护理后的日本骨科协会（JOA）评分与疼痛词语描述量表（VDS）评分要显著优于对照组与护理前（P〈0.05）;观察组护理有效率是96.4%,对照组护理有效率是76.8%,观察组护理效果要明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论临床上对颈椎病患者实施中医护理干预具有显著的临床护理效果,能够显著改善颈椎病疼痛,建议在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To explore clinical nursing effect of the nursing intervention based on traditional chinese medicine（ TCM） on cervical spondylosis. Methods From May 2014 to February 2016,112 cases with cervical spondylosis were admitted to Shenyang railway station community health service center for medical treatment,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 56 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group received the nursing intervention based on TCM plus routine nursing care; clinical nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association（ JOA） score and Verbal Descriptors Scale（ VDS） score after nursing was significantly better than before nursing and the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the nursing effective rate of the observation group and the control group is respectively96. 4% and 76. 8%,the effect of nursing care in the observation group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Clinically,the implementation of the nursing intervention based on TCM in patients with cervical spondylosis has significant clinical nursing effect,can significantly improve the pain of cervical spondylosis. Therefore,it is recommended to promote the application in clinical nursing work.
