摘要
目的观察针刺百会、四神聪配合康复训练对卒中后疲劳患者的临床疗效。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组各30例。治疗组给予针刺百会、四神聪配合康复训练,对照组给予单纯康复训练,共治疗4周。治疗前及治疗4周后采用疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)及脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%优于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前FSS量表评分、SS-QOL精力部分评分差别不大(P>0.05)。治疗后两组FSS量表评分、SS-QOL精力部分评分与治疗前比较均改善(均P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺百会、四神聪配合康复训练可以有效改善卒中后疲劳患者的疲劳状态。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Baihui （GV20） and Sishencong （Ex-hnl） combined with rehabilitation training on the patients of post stroke fatigue. Methods： 60 patients are randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture at Baihui （GV20） and Sishencong （Ex-hnl） combined with rehabilitation training. The control group were treated with only rehabilitation training. The therapeutic course for both was 4 weeks. All patients were assessed with Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale （SS- QOL） and Fatigue Severity Scale （FSS） before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results： After treat- ment,the scores of SS-QOL increased and FSS decreased in both groups,especially in the treatment group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture at Baihui （GV20） and Sishencong （Ex-hnl） combined with rehabilitation training on the patients of post stroke fatigue can improve the state of post stroke fatigue.
