活血清热法联合艾灸三阴交孕前治疗滑胎30例被引量：6

摘要目的探索中药活血清热为主联合艾灸三阴交孕前治疗复发性流产(即中医范畴的滑胎)的临床效果,为临床寻找更合理有效的治疗复发性流产提供理论依据。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组1、对照组2各30例,治疗组在对照组1基础上加艾灸三阴交穴,对照组1单用中药,对照组2单用西药,观察治疗组的疗效。结果治疗组效果高于两个对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药活血清热为主联合艾灸三阴交孕前治疗复发性流产疗效优于单用中药或单用西药。
