摘要
目的:探讨放射平片与CT诊断脊椎骨折的临床效果。方法:抽取在某医院就诊的98例脊椎骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例,对照组采用放射平片进行检查,观察组采用CT进行检查,对比两种检查方法的诊断价值。结果:对照组成功诊断41例,诊断率为83.67%;观察组成功诊断46例,诊断率为93.88%,两种检查方法的诊断结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脊椎骨折患者评分方面,观察组的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT诊断可以很好的反应脊椎骨折患者的损伤情况,诊断准确率高,值得广泛应用于临床。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of X-ray radiography and CT in the diagnosis of vertebral fracture.Methods：In our hospital of 98 patients with spinal fracture patients as the object of study,and were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,each 49 cases,the control group were treated with plain radiographs were examined,the observation group by CT were examined and compared two kinds of inspection methods of diagnostic value.Results：control group of successful diagnosis of 41 cases.The diagnosis rate of 83.67%;observation group of successful diagnosis of 46 cases,diagnosis rate 93.88%,diagnosis results of two kinds of inspection methods and difference is not obvious（P〉0.05）,was not statistically significant;vertebral fracture patients score,score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference is significant（P〈0.05）,was statistically significant.Conclusion：CT diagnosis can be a good response to the injury of vertebral fracture patients,the diagnostic accuracy rate is high,it is worth widely used in clinical.
