摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度龙血竭制剂对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,为探究和创制生物源植物生长调节物质提供参考。[方法]通过室内水培试验,分别设定10~50 mg/kg5组不同浓度的龙血竭制剂处理,测定绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的外在表现。[结果]数据表明:与对照组相比,不同浓度的龙血竭制剂处理过的绿豆种子,其发芽势、发芽率、叶长、叶宽等均有提高,其中以50 mg/kg处理的种苗发芽势、发芽率最高;播种后第14天时测定结果显示,以50 mg/kg处理的幼苗鲜重、干重等最高。[结论]龙血竭制剂能促进绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长。
[Objective] In order to provide reference to explore and create biological source plant growth regulating substances, effect of RESINA DRACONIS on germination and seedling growth of mung bean were studied. [Method]Five groups of different concentrations of RESINA DRACONIS from 10 mg/kg ~ 50 mg/kg were set up, trait of mung bean were observed. [Result]Different concentrations of RESINA DRACONIS liquid all could improve germination potential,germination rate,leaf length, leaf width, seedling fresh weight and dry weight.and with 50 mg/kg did the best. [Conclusion] RESINA DRACONIS improved germination and seedling growth of mung bean.
