磷酸法制备稻草秸秆水热残渣活性炭的研究

摘要 [目的]探讨磷酸法制备稻草秸秆水热残渣活性炭的最佳条件。[方法]以稻草秸秆水热残渣为原料制备活性炭,考察不同因素对活性炭产率、碘值和亚甲基蓝值的影响。[结果]结果表明,磷酸活性炭的产率随活化温度、活化时间与浸渍时间的增加而下降,随固液比的增加而呈现出先上升后下降趋势。碘值与亚甲基蓝值随着活化温度、活化时间、浸渍时间、固液比的增加而呈现出整体上的先上升后下降趋势。[结论]以磷酸作活化剂制备稻草秸秆水热残渣活性炭的适宜工艺条件为:活化温度为900℃,活化时间为60 min,固液比为1∶5,浸渍时间为12 h。 [Objective]The aim was to explore the optimum condition of the method for preparation of activated carbon with rice straw hydrothermal residue by phosphoric acid method. [Method] In this research,with the hydrothermal residue of straw stalks as raw material and phosphoric acid as activating agent to produce activated carbon was studied. [Result]A series of experiments including the influence of the activation temperature, activation time, dipping time as well as the solid-liquid ratio on the yield of activated carbon, the value of iodine and methylene blue were carried out to obtain the optimum conditions of the method. Results showed that with the increase of activation temperature, activation time and the dipping time, the yield of phosphoric acid activated carbon decreased, while with the increase of the solid-liquid ratio, it showed the trend of increased and then declined. The value of iodine and methylene blue showed a trend of rise first then fall with each of the factor increase. [Conclusion] The conditions to produce the best activated carbon using the mentioned methods were as follows: the activation temperature was 900 ℃, activation time was 60 min, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶5 and the dipping time was 12 h.
