系统性红斑狼疮的视网膜病变 被引量：2

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种慢性、自身免疫性疾病,为免疫复合物沉积于血管壁,继而引发血管炎症所致。SLE可引起多器官、多系统的损害,其中眼底血管受累、视网膜受损并不少见。国内有不少关于SLE患者出现眼底病变的报道,在此对SLE视网膜病变作一综述,以加深对SLE视网膜病变的理解,为其早诊断、早治疗及预后的判断提供参考。
