摘要
目的:探讨红景天对运动性疲劳小鼠中枢神经系统神经递质变化的影响。方法:选择符合模型达标标准的140只小鼠进行实验,其中模型组50只小鼠未进行特殊干预,实验组90只随机分为A、B、C组各30只,给予低[50 mg(kg·d)]、中[100 mg/(kg·d)]、高[150 mg/(kg·d)]剂量红景天喂养,阴性对照组10只小鼠给予生理盐水饲养,进行检测神经递质DA、5-HT、5-HIAA、NE的含量,比较各组小鼠不同时间段中枢神经系统神经递质动态变化。结果:(1)模型组、A、B、C组小鼠脑组织5-HT、5-HIAA含量均高于对照组(P<0.05);A、B、C组喂养12、24、36 h后脑组织5-HT、5-HIAA呈显著下降趋势,C组<B组<A组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)模型组、A、B、C组小鼠脑组织NE、DA含量均低于对照组(P<0.05);A、B、C组喂养12、24、36 h后脑组织NE、DA呈显著增高趋势,C组>B组>A组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红景天可有效改善运动性疲劳小鼠中枢神经系统神经递质水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of Rhodiola Glycosldes on contents of central monoamine neurotransmitters in exercise induced fatigue mouse.Method: The 140 mice conform to the standard model standard were chosen, including model group 50 mice without special intervention, the 90 mice were randomly divided into A, B, C groups ( 30 cases for each group ), and the negative control group ( saline ), low, middle and high dose of Rhodiola Glycosides were treated with intragastric administration respectively.Samples of brain tissue were detected contents of neuro transmitters such as DA, 5-HT, 5-HIAA, and NE, the changes of nevrotransmitter in central nervous system in different time of the groups were compared.Result: ( 1 ) Contents of neuro transmitters of 5-HT, 5-HIAA in model group, A, B, C group of central fatigue mouse higher than that in the negative control group ( P〈O.05 ) .After rhodiola glycosides were feeded, the contents of 5-HT, 5-HIAA in A, B, C group decreased significantly, C〉B〉A ( P〈0.05 ) . ( 2 ) Contents of neuro transmitters of NE and DA in model group, A, B, C group of central fatigue mouse lower than that in the negative control group (P〈0.05) .After Rhodiola Glycosides were feeded, the contents of NE and DA in A, B, C groups increased significantly, C〉B〉A (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Rhodiola Glycosides could change the neuro transmitter levels of the central nervous system of exercise induced fatigue mouse to improve the neuro transmitter disorder effectively.
