摘要
目的:探究急性乌头碱中毒的临床表现及抢救措施。方法:收治急性乌头碱中毒患者30例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:28例治愈出院,2例自动出院,未出现死亡患者。结论:急性乌头碱中毒的临床特点为心悸、心律失常,根据患者病情进行治疗,能有效改善患者临床症状,稳定患者病情。
Objective：To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of acute aconitine poisoning.Methods：30 patients with acute aconitine poisoning were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：28 cases were cured and discharged;2 cases were discharged automatically;there was no death.Conclusion：The clinical characteristics of acute aconitine poisoning were palpitation and arrhythmia.The treatment according to the patient＇s condition can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and stable patient＇s condition.
