摘要 综述了聚碳酸酯(PC)的制备方法及其研究进展,以及其作为计算机外壳材料方面的应用。PC的制备方法主要有光气法、熔融酯交换缩聚合法和CO_2法等。应对现有光气法进行不断改进,使之更加环保;应加快熔融酯交换缩聚合法所用新型催化剂的研发,以不断提高反应收率和降低生产成本;以CO_2为原料合成PC,不仅可以利用CO_2资源,而且还可以减轻环保压力,是目前研究开发的热点,因此应加快CO_2法产业化进程。在未来一段时间内,PC仍是计算机外壳广泛使用的材料。 The preparation and related research progress of polycarbonate(PC) are reviewed as well as the application of the material in computer cover. PC can be prepared via phosgene method, melting ester exchanging polycondensation method and carbon dioxide method. The phosgene method has been improved to be more environmental friendly; new catalyst needs to be developed to enhance the yield of the reaction and reduce the costs of melting ester exchanging polycondensation process; carbon dioxide is used as feedstock to prepare PC, which can not only make use of the resource, but also relieve the pressure to go green, and has become the hot research area, therefore, the industrialization of this technology should be speeded up. PC will be widely used for computer cover in the foreseeable future.
