本文分析了"一带一路"战略与项目实施遇到的风险及其特点,探讨了设备监理风险管理的新思想,提出了基于风险治理理论和ISO 30001标准的全面风险综合管理方法。
This article analyzes the risks in carrying out the One Belt and One Road initiative and discusses the new concept in managing the equipment supervision risk. It puts forward a risk governance theory and a methodology for overall risk management of ISO 30001 standard.
