摘要
以汽轮机汽缸铸件ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB材料为研究对象,进行了铣削性能试验,对切削过程中切削力及加工表面质量进行分析,比较了干切削、微量润滑及大流量润滑三种条件下的切削力、加工质量和刀具磨损情况,得出了铣削优化参数组合,为后续汽轮机转子铸件材料切削性能的研究提供依据。
Took turbine chamber castings made of ZG13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB material as the subject for study and completed the tests for its milling performances.By analyzing cutting force and surface quality during cutting process,collecting,comparing and analyzing the cutting force,processing quality and tool wear under three conditions i.e.dry cutting,minimal quantity lubrication and high folw of lubricant,it is available to obtain optimized parametric combination for milling that may rpvide the basis for follow-up research on cutting character for turbine rotor castings.
