摘要
地下经济是一个新兴的研究领域,从应用层面上看,这一研究最终要实现的目标是形成一个科学合理的政策空间集合来帮助政策制定者有效应对地下经济的挑战。文章系统地讨论了中国经济转型条件下地下经济治理的多种路径,并对其可能达到的效果以及约束条件进行了比较全面的分析。
Underground economy is an emerging research field and from the perspective of application, the goal of this study is to form a scientific and rational policy space set to help policy makers to effectively deal with the challenges of the underground economy. This paper systematically discusses the various ways of underground economic governance under the conditions of economic transition in China, and makes a comprehensive analysis on the possible effects and constraints of the underground economy.
