退变性腰椎疾病68例影像学对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析68例腰椎退变性腰椎患者的影像学特征。方法将本院2012年1月~2015年10月期间手术治疗的68例严重的腰椎退变性疾病病例纳入研究对象,使用GE1.5T磁共振扫描仪进行MRI检查,分析其Modic改变和改良Pfirrmann分级系统特征。结果68例病例中,腰椎终板Modic改变有:Ⅰ型16例,Ⅱ型23例,Ⅲ型1例,无Modic改变28例;改良Pfirrmann分级系统评定:4级1例,5级10例,6级27例,7级20例,8级10例。结论在本组病例中,对于腰椎退变性疾病,Modic改变与椎间盘退变改良Pfimnann分级之间有明确关联;Modic Ⅰ改变的改良Pfirrmann分级无明显差别。 Objective To explore the imaging features68 cases of degenerative lumbar disease. Methods 68 cases of severe degenerative lumbar disease cured from January 2012 to October 2015 were selected as the study objects. GE 1.ST MRI scanner was used to exam the MRI to analyze the change of Modic and to improve characteristics of Pfirrmann classification system. Results Modic changes of lumbar endplate in 68 cases:16 cases of type Ⅰ ,and type Ⅱ in 23 cases of type Ⅱ ,1 cases of type Ⅲ ,28 cases of no-change.The modified Pfirrmann grading system evaluation:l cases of grade 4,10 cases of grade 5,27 cases of grade 6,20 cases of grade 7,10 cases of Grade 8. Conclusion In this group of patients,for degenerative lumbar disease,there is a clear association between Modic change and degeneration of the intervertebral disc modified Pfirrmann grade.And there is no significant difference between the modified Pfirrmann grades Modic I changed.
