摘要
目的探讨血清IL-10、IL-5和ECP水平在支气管哮喘患者诊断中的应用价值。方法随机取2013年5月。2014年10月在我院诊治的94例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象，另取同时期我院体检的35例健康成人作为对照组，抽取患者和健康成人静脉血，采用ELISA检测患者和健康者血清IL-10、IL-5和ECP浓度。结果（1）观察组患者血清IL-10含量（30．26±5．41）μg/L，低于健康对照组（3652±734）μg/L（P=0.0000），而IL-5和ECP（32．66±1159）μg/L、14．58±5．44）ng/L均显著高于健康对照组（923±3．45）μg／L、（6．48±2．37）ng／L（P=0．0000、P=0．0000）。（2）急性发作期支气管哮喘患者血清内IL-10（23．62±6．71）μg/L明显低于缓解期患者（34．35±8．89）μg／L（P=0．0000），同时IL-5和ECP含量（42．27±13．86）μg／L、（18．36±6．22）ng／L均显著高于缓解期患者（30．91±10．64）μg／L、（8．05±3．87）ng／L（P=0．0000）。结论支气管哮喘患者血清IL-10、IL-5和ECP水平变化能反映病情严重程度，是较好的参考指标，在支气管哮喘患者的诊断过程中有重要临床意义。
Objective To explore and discuss the application value of the serum IL-10 , IL-5 and ECP levels in diagnosis of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 94 patients who suffered from bronchial asthma from May 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected as test subjects, 35 healthy adults of physical examination at the same term in our hospital were considered as the control group. The venous blood of patients and healthy adults was drawn to determine the serum IL-10,IL-5 and ECP thickness with ELISA. Results （1）In the observation group, the serum IL-10 level was （30.26 ± 5.41） μg/L, which was lower than the （36.52 ± 7.34） μg/L of the healthy control group （P=0.0000）, while IL-5 and ECP （32.66 ± 11.59）μg/L, （14.58 ± 5.44） ng/L level were significantly higher than the （9.23 ± 3.45） μg/L, （6.48 ± 2.37）ng/L of the healthy control group （P=0.0000, P=0.0000）. （2） In acute exacerbation, the serum IL-10 （23.62 ± 6.71）μg/L level of patients with bronchial asthma was obviously lower than the （34.35 ± 8.89） μg/L in remission （P=0.0000）, while the IL-5 and ECP （42.27 ± 13.86） μ g/L, （18.36 ± 6.22）ng/L level were both significantly higher than the （30.91 ± 10.64） μ g/L, （8.05 ± 3.87）ng/L in remission （P=0.0000）. Conclusion The serum IL-10,IL-5 and ECP levels could reflect the disease severity, which were good reference indexes and had important clinical significance in the diagnostic process of patients with bronchial asthma.
