摘要
目的研究肠道益生菌联合黄疸菌陈颗粒对新生儿黄疸患儿的疗效及安全性。方法选取2013年1月~2014年12月两年内在我院接受治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿共98例,采用数字表法随机将所有患儿分为联用组和对照组。其中联用组肠道益生菌和黄疸菌陈颗粒联用,对照组单用黄疸菌陈颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后疗效、治疗前后的血清胆红素水平、退黄时间以及不良反应。结果联用组患儿总有效率为91.84%,明显优于对照组的69.39%;联用组患儿在治疗后血清胆红素水平明显低于对照组,且退黄时间也明显小于对照组的7.6d,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。联用组患儿的不良反应总发生率为8.16%,对照组为6.12%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论肠道益生菌联合黄疸菌陈颗粒对新生儿黄疸患儿的疗效较好,具有一定的安全性和可靠性,能够迅速降低血清胆红素水平,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To research the efficacy and security of intestinal probiotics combined with jaundice gall particles on patients with neonatal jaundice. Methods 98 patients with neonatal jaundice treated in my hospital form January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into combination group and control group by digital table method. The combination group received treatment of intestinal probiotics combined with jaundice gall particles, while the control group received therapy of jaundice gall particles. In the two groups, the curative effect after treatment, serum biliruhin level between the before and after treatment, regression of jaundice time and adverse reaction were compared. Results In the combination group, the total effective rate was 91.84%, which was obviously higher than the 69.39% of the control group, the serum bilirubin level after treatment was obviously lower than that of the control group, the regression of jaundice time was significantly smaller than the 7.6d of the control group, the differences above were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reaction in the combination group was 8.16%, while the total incidence rate of adverse reaction in the control group was 6.12%, the difference was not statistically significant(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The intestinal probiotics combined with jaundice gall particles on patients with neonatal jaundice had better curative effect, certain security and reliability, which could rapidly reduce the serum bilirubin level and be worthy of clinical promotion and application.
