摘要 随着水平井技术的飞跃发展,其酸化解堵、恢复并提高油气产能的问题日趋紧迫。通过对JS-1暂堵剂的粒度分布、分散稳定性、油溶性以及与酸液配伍性进行试验研究,结果表明,JS-1暂堵剂适用于中低渗透率的储层,有较好的分散稳定性和酸液配伍性,可满足现场施工要求。同时通过特制的试验装置对自转向酸性能进行了试验评价,结果发现,不论是暂堵转向分流解堵工艺还是自转向酸转向分流工艺都有转向作用,达到了均匀布酸的目的,对提高水平井的开发效果意义重大。 With the rapid development of horizontal well technology,the issues of the acidification,restoration and improvement of oil and gas production are becoming more urgent. The particle size distribution,dispersion stability,oil solubility and compatibility of JS-1 are evaluated in this study. The JS-1 temporary plugging agent can be used for the reservoir with low permeability. It has good dispersion stability and compatibility with acid liquid,which can meet the requirements of the construction. At the same time,the self-steering acid can be evaluated by a special test device. The results show that both the temporarily steering block-shunt plugging acidification process and self-steering shunt acidification process can play a role in the process of uniform distribution. It has great significance to improve the productivity of horizontal wells.
