摘要
在调研分析的基础上,本文探讨了中国石化国际化经营人才英语培训课程体系建设的总体思路、工作内容、工作步骤,将整个课程体系划分为海外语言环境适应能力、海外生存生活沟通能力和海外工作商务沟通能力等三个系列课程,并针对课程体系框架中的建设难点——海外工作商务沟通系列课程提出了分四个阶段开发的流程。
Based on research and analysis, the paper discusses the general consideration, work content, and work processes of the curriculum construction of the English language training for SINOPEC＇s international business personnel. The curriculum system is divided into three series of courses, i.e. adapting to overseas language environment skills series, overseas survival and daily communication skills series, and overseas business communication skills series. The paper further offers a four-phase course development process for the most challenging series in the curriculum construction, the overseas business communication skills series.
