摘要
为解决某款自然吸气发动机出现的进气口噪声问题,基于GT-Power软件搭建相应的一维气动噪声仿真模型;通过提取噪声频率map图以及全转速下的进气噪声SPL曲线识别出目标频率;针对目标频率设计出对应消声器的结构尺寸,并将消声器匹配到进气管路中,重新提取进气口噪声。结果表明,降噪效果显著。
To solve the problem of intake system noise in a natural gasoline engine,GT-Power software was used to established the corresponding one-dimensional aerodynamic noise simulation model; the target frequency was distinguished by extracting the noise-frequency map diagram and the intake system noise SPL curve; for the target frequency,corresponding muffler was designed,and it was matched to the intake pipe,the noise of intake system was extracted after re-running the simulation model. The result shows that the denoising effect is obvious.
