摘要
结合我国优质小麦育种的现状和市场需求,以高产优质、抗倒伏中间育种材料泰山651为母本,以引自西藏的抗旱、抗病性好的种质资源藏选1号为父本,成功选育出优质、高产、抗病小麦新品种泰山27。该品种含有优质亚基1、7+8和5+10,可作为优异品质遗传资源和种质创新的优良基因源加以利用。
Combined with the current situation and market demand of high-quality wheat breeding,we have succeeded in breeding a new variety Taishan 27 with high yield,good quality and strong gluten.Its female parent was Taishan 651 with high yield,good quality and resistance to lodging,and its male parent was Zangxuan 1 introduced from Tibet with good resistance to drought and diseases.Taishan 27 possessed the good subunits 1,7 ＋ 8,and 5 ＋ 10,so it could be utilized as one of the excellent genetic resources with quality and good gene resource for germplasm innovation.
