泰国电子商务发展的主要障碍分析与对策研究

摘要 随着互联网技术的广泛应用,电子商务已不可避免地成为人们日常生活的一部分。虽然泰国电子商务在人们的生活和工作中起着非常大的作用,但与中国、美国、欧洲等国家和地区相比,泰国电子商务发展仍较为缓慢,发展水平仍比较低,还需要加快电子商务的发展,提高电子商务水平。为探索阻碍泰国电子商务发展的具体原因,文章针对泰国各地区网民对网上购物的看法,设计了泰国电子商务的调查问卷,并通过社交网络发放问卷进行了调查,对收回的232份有效问卷进行统计分析,更清晰地说明了泰国电子商务的发展状况,然后利用SPSS软件对泰国电商问卷进行主成分分析,对影响泰国电商发展的因素进行分类,从而找出了阻碍泰国电商发展的主要障碍原因,包括操作性、信用和物流三大方面,并提出了发展泰国电子商务的对策和建议,希望能够将其有效地应用于未来泰国电子商务的发展。 Using extensively of the internet technology, electronic commerce(E-commerce) becomes to the part of daily life inevitably. For Thailand, E-commerce is playing a very crucial role in people's lives and works, but if compare with China, the United State, Europe and other countries, the development of Thai E-commerce is being carried forward gradually. Moreover, it's almost at the low level of development. For the reason, in order not to fall behind the other countries, thailand must rush to improve E-commerce and must have a standard promote. In order to find out the particular causes which are the problems and difficulties of Thai E-commerce development, the questionnaire was entered into the master's thesis so that the researcher could be able to make an emphasis on the comments of the internet users on E-commerce. Therefore, this paper carried out a survey by sending them to the internet questionnaire in order that they would filled in it and this paper brought data from 232 completed questionnaires to the statistical analysis so as to understand the Thai E-commerce development situation. After that, performing a principal components factor analysis(PCA) in SPSS to categorize causes making an impact on the E-commerce development.This paper could divide for 3 main causes of the problems difficulties of Thai E-commerce development that is the implementation, the reliability and the logistic problems. For puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of E-commerce in Thailand. Finally, I strongly to hope that the thesis will be effectively applied to Thai E-commerce development in the future.
