摘要
目的探讨采用无创机械通气治疗重症间质性肺疾病的临床效果。方法选取郑州市中心医院收治的重症间质性肺疾病患者48例,在常规治疗的基础上联合无创机械通气对所有患者进行治疗,并对治疗前后患者的临床体征、症状、血气改变及转归结果进行观察记录。结果在采用无创机械通气治疗24h后,患者的心率(H R)、呼吸频率(RR)、血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)同治疗前相比明显降低,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、pH值同治疗前相比明显升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论采用无创机械通气治疗重症间质性肺疾病,效果显著,有利于促进患者呼吸功能的改善,建议在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To explore the use of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in patients with severe interstitial lung disease clinical results. Methods Our hospital with severe interstitial lung disease patients in our hospital,48 cases on the basis of conventional therapy combined with non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for all patients,and patients with clinical signs,symptoms,blood gas results before and after the treatment and outcome of change It was observed and recorded. Results Noninvasive mechanical ventilation in 24 h after treatment,the patient ’s heart rate（ HR）,respiratory rate（ RR）,blood carbon dioxide partial pressure（ PaCO2） was significantly lower compared with the previous treatment,arterial oxygen tension（ PaO2）,pH value of the same treatment increased significantly compared to the previous,the difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Noninvasive mechanical ventilation in patients with severe interstitial lung disease,the effect is significant,and promoting the improvement of respiratory function in patients,it is recommended to further promote in clinical practice.
